Lesley Vogel[ BACK ]

Lesley Vogel, a veteran of the entertainment industry for over twenty years, an actress herself, she received an M.F.A. from the University of Washington’s Professional Actor Training Program, under the direction of the renowned, Robert
L. Hobbs. She began her professional career as an actress at The Old Globe Shakespeare Festival in San Diego, where she played roles such as Juliet in “Romeo and Juliet”. Lesley moved to New York City and continued her theatrical
career, as well as Daytime and Primetime Television, and Feature Film. She taught
a Master Acting Class at The State University in New York and has coached privately for over fifteen years.

She is the mother of actress, Hayden Panettiere, best known for her role as Claire in the NBC series “Heroes” and the soon to be released TV Series, “Nashville” on ABC, and son, Jansen Panettiere, who has recently starred in the staged play, “8”, opposite George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Martin Sheen, and Jane Lynch, and the feature film, “The Perfect Game”. She has helmed, and was business Manager for both children’s careers, and has now moved into Producing for film and television, and has numerous projects with California Pictures, and Loni Netter Productions in pre production.

She is actively involved with animal and environmental issues such as “Save The Whales Again Foundation, and has created a series for television based upon saving the oceans, with Celine Cousteau, and Jeff Pantukhoff. She is a judge for this year’s Inspiration Awards For Women.

Lesley created THE HOLLYWOOD VIEW: Balancing Career and Life Seminar Series, geared towards educating Parents and Young Actors on developing careers while aintaining a healthy life, and has toured her program across the country.
