Callie Sydahar Callie Sydahar

Callie is a true mid-west girl but Since U-Hauling herself to New York City in 2000, Callie has been on the scene non-stop. She covered fashion week in 2004 and 2005 for Ultra HD, where she interviewed dozens of models, designers, and celebrities (including Jack Nicholson). She also hosted a sports pilot, titled Gear, and works on a recurring basis for National Lampoon TV. In May, 2006, Callie was the sideline reporter for ESPN's Smart Parts World Paintball Championships. Callie hosted multiple segments for Fuse throughout 2007. In 2009, she hosted her own gameshows for Spike TV, Head to Head and 120 Live. She also hosted the sexy series, Midnight Spike.

In 2010, after 10 years on the New York city scene, Callie packed her bags, taking on new challenges and opportunities by moving to Los Angeles. Not surprisingly, success soon followed. Within months, she was hosting red carpet movie premiers for both the Reelz and Epix channels. Callie also hosted her own pilot for VH1, That Woman Show. Of course, her passion for extreme sports made her feel right at home co-hosting Billabong's Big Wave Surf Awards for Fuel TV, 2011. Most recently Callie hosted "The After Party" of ABC's show Duets. Callie interviewed the likes of Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, Jennifer Nettles and Robin Thicke... Whether on the red carpet, or on the sidelines of the world's hottest sporting events, hosting television has become second nature for Callie.

But with all success giving back is Callie's passion. While in NYC she was heavily involved in a foundation call Gifted Hands. Helping abused women and their children start their lives over and find the joy one can have with new found confidence and peace. Callie also has been a part of the Special Olympics giving to children in anyway she can to again build self esteem and worth. Passion for people, helping, serving and creating is what Callie Stydahar is all about!

The Inspiration Awards for Women

U.S.A. will host its 2nd annual red-carpet award show on Sunday, November 4, 2012 at UCLA Royce Hall in Los Angeles, CA. The Inspiration Awards for Women continues its mission is to celebrate women from diverse backgrounds who have inspired a nation. The awards show celebrates extraordinary woman as an uplifting event dedicated to inspiring the next generation of women leaders.

Since its original inception in London five years ago, the event has projected positive images of women, along with raising funds and awareness for various women's issues-based organizations. This year’s beneficiaries are Susan G. Komen for the Cure LA County and Senhoa. Nominees include Giuliana Rancic, Beyoncé Knowles, Lisa Ling, Coco Rocha, Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor, Aung San Suu Kyi and many more.
